Affiliates Latin America and the Caribbean

After attending a Vital Voices conference in Montevideo, Uruguay, Nadine returned to Haiti and co-founded Femmes en Démocratie, Vital Voices’ affiliate in Haiti. A leading human rights lawyer, activist and advisor to UNICEF, Nadine has devoted herself to the preservation and full extension of human rights, regarding women’s participation in all spheres of economic, social and political life.
