The Global Ambassadors Program
Women are a force for driving economic, political and social change. The Global Ambassadors Program, a Vital Voices and Bank of America partnership, is designed to provide mentorship opportunities for emerging women leaders. This effort builds on Vital Voices’ 16 years of global experience in training and mentoring women who practice transformative leadership to advance economic development and entrepreneurship, human rights and political participation in their communities. Visit the Global Ambassadors Program website.
Mentoring is a critical path to leadership. We believe that it accelerates that path and is essential to the success of women leaders everywhere. Women in the Vital Voices Global Leadership Network lead in ways that bring new voices to the table. They understand the needs of their communities and create platforms to find solutions. Women leaders invest in shared progress by taking new skills, access to information and networks and sharing them with others, creating a ripple effect of positive change around the world.
The goal of the Global Ambassadors Program is to invest in women leaders around the globe to help address economic disparities and create a more prosperous and secure world. Over the next five years, Vital Voices and Bank of America aim to provide emerging women leaders with the skills and tools they need to positively contribute to their communities, the global economy and a more sustainable future.
